How long will it take to receive my order?
2-6 weeks. I always try my best to get them out ASAP.
Can I return my ready made dress?
Ready made sale items are non refundable.
Ready-made garments can be returned. Please message me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will provide you with the return address. Once I have received your item, I will issue a refund. The payment may take up to 7 days to clear, depending on how you paid.
Can I return my custom made dress?
Because the dress has been made to your size, unfortunately you can’t return it. If the dress is faulty or not what you asked for then of course contact me and we can discuss returning it.
Can I send you fabric?
Yes you can. Please contact me for my address.
Can you alter my dress?
Yes of course, please contact me to discuss.
How much fabric do I need to send you to have my dress made?
For a Warwick dress you will need a single duvet or 2.5 meters of fabric. If your pattern can only sit one way please contact me.
For a Smock dress mini you will need a single duvet or 2.5 meters of fabric. For a midi you will need a double duvet or 3 meters of fabric. For a maxi you will need a double duvet or 3.5 meters of fabric.
For a Derby dress you will need a double duvet where both sides can be used or 4 meters of fabric.
