Shipping Policy

At Made by SJP, every order is sent safely and securely with Royal Mail. Here's everything you need to know before you order.

1. Processing Time
Ready made items: dispatched within 5 working days of payment.
Custom made garments: production times vary, so please allow up to 6 weeks before dispatch.
Orders aren't processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. UK Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. All UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, with an estimated delivery of 1 working day after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by things outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.

3. International Delivery
We currently post to the US, Canada and Singapore using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery usually takes around 2 weeks.
US shipping is £50 and includes customs and duties, so there's nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
Canada and Singapore shipping is £30. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged in their country.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels
We're not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered. If your order is running late, please check your tracking first. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll help you file a claim with Royal Mail.

6. Address Accuracy
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
