At Made by SJP, we ensure that all orders are shipped safely and securely using Royal Mail services. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

Ready-Made Items: Dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-Made Garments: Production times vary; please allow 6 weeks before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Used for all orders under Β£150, with an estimated delivery time of 1 working day after dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Used for orders valued at Β£150 or more, guaranteeing next-day delivery by 1 PM after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

International Shipping

Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically taking 2 weeks.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value.

Free UK shipping may be available on orders over Β£100 (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to track your parcels progress.


5. International Orders

International Orders:

Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, typically taking 2 weeks.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information or contact Royal Mail directly.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
